My overall experience of coaching and mentoring has been brilliant. I found great value in having a dedicated hour to reflect on my goals, performance, and ideas for next steps. 

It created a safe and focused space to explore my development and build confidence in my role.

My main goal was to grow within my current seconded position as Customer Support Delivery Manager (Contact Centre Manager) and ideally secure a permanent post. While the business is still undergoing reshaping and there’s no confirmed steer on a permanent opportunity just yet, I’ve continued to receive regular positive feedback. Importantly, Contact Centre service levels have remained strong throughout my time in post, which I’m proud of.
