You’ve built your career. Earned the experience. Done what you were supposed to do
You’ve built a good career. So why are you questioning it?
On paper, things probably look pretty good. You’ve got the experience. You’ve built a reputation. You earn a decent salary. People come to you for answers.
But something has changed.
Maybe you’re frustrated with where your career is going. Maybe the job that once challenged you now drains you. Perhaps you’ve been overlooked, feel stuck at the same level, or simply can’t see what the next move should be. And walking away from everything you’ve built doesn’t feel particularly sensible either.
That’s where I come in.
When you know something needs to change - but you’re not sure what
You might be asking yourself:
Do I still want to do this for another 10 or 15 years?
Should I push for the next promotion - or would that just give me more of what I’m already frustrated with?
Am I too established to change direction?
Could I do something completely different?
Have I left it too late?
Or perhaps the most difficult question: What do I actually want now?
If you recognise yourself here, lets talk
These are questions that need space, challenge, perspective and some clear thinking.
Get clear on what comes next for you
I work with experienced professionals who have reached the point where what got them here isn’t necessarily what they want or need to take them forward.
Together, we work through the noise and get clear on what’s really going on.
It could mean becoming a stronger and more confident leader. Going for a bigger role. Navigating a difficult period at work. Changing company or career. Building something of your own. Or simply rediscovering some purpose and enjoyment in what you already do.
The important thing is finding the right answer for you. Less overthinking. Better decisions. Forward movement.
Our work together is practical. We’ll look at where you are now, what’s frustrating you, what you really want and what might be getting in the way.
I'll challenge your thinking when you need it, help you see things from a different perspective and give you a confidential space to talk openly without having to worry about organisational politics or what anyone else thinks.
Then we turn that clarity into action.
You have someone in your corner who understands the real world
I’m a qualified Coach and Mentor, but I’ve also spent my career in the real world of leadership.
I understand demanding roles, difficult decisions, organisational politics, transformation, customer strategy, cost demands, outsourcing and the impact AI is having on careers and businesses. So you won't need to spend half our conversations explaining how your corporate life actually works.
It's about having the time and space to properly understand you, your situation and find what you want next.
If you're 40-ish, successful on paper and quietly wondering “what next?” let's talk.
